Section 2
Accounts
You must be 18+. One tenant per signup. Keep credentials secret.
Account status
Pending accounts may complete onboarding; rejected or deactivated accounts are blocked from the service.
Section 3
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Nora for any of the following:
Spam or unsolicited messaging.
Abuse of the service or other users.
Unlawful content or activity.
Violations of Meta or TikTok platform policies.
You own your customer data and warrant that you have consent to process it through Nora.
Section 5
Trial, plans and termination
7-day free trial. Export your data before deleting: workspace/account deletion removes data as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion pages and cannot be undone after backup purge.
Suspension
We may suspend for abuse or non-payment after notice where feasible.

Disclaimers and liability
Beta features are provided as-is. Contact: info@numu-digital.com.
Liability cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is capped to fees paid in the prior 3 months.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Exclusive venue: the courts of Tunis, Tunisia.
